Caruso Brown

Caruso Brown is a Graduate of Virginia State University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.  He was formerly employed by Central Virginia Community Health Center as the Director of Administrative Services for nine years.  He retired in 2016 after 31 years of service as the Deputy Executive Director for Region Ten Community Services Board, a public organization providing services to persons with mental Illness, Intellectual disabilities and Substance addictions. 

Caruso has also served as a part time instructor at American National University. He is the husband to the former Christine Frances Daggett to whom he has been happily married for 40 years.  They are proud parents of two children Tamyca Danielle Brown and Megan Nicole Brown, and one pretty amazing 6 year old grandson Malachi Brown.
